• Monitor public social media platforms (Reddit, HackerNews) for posts matching your keywords
• Classify leads using AI-powered intent analysis to determine buying intent
• Send you email alerts and push notifications about new leads
• Provide and maintain the Service, including your lead dashboard
• Process your subscription payments
• Communicate with you about your account and the Service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LeadPulse. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
• OpenAI — AI-powered lead classification and intent analysis
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (alerts and notifications)
• Reddit API — Fetching publicly available posts and comments for keyword monitoring
• HackerNews Algolia API — Fetching publicly available posts and comments for keyword monitoring

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data — Retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
• Lead data — Stored indefinitely until you delete individual leads or delete your account.
• Billing records — Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

5. Cookies

LeadPulse uses cookies solely for authentication purposes. Specifically, we use Supabase authentication cookies to keep you signed in and manage your session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — You can view all your data through your account dashboard at any time.
• Delete — You can delete individual leads from your dashboard or delete your entire account to remove all associated data.
• Export — You can export your lead data as a CSV file from the dashboard.
• Correction — You can update your account information through your account settings.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to our infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

LeadPulse is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
