1. Service Description

LeadPulse is an AI-powered social listening platform that monitors publicly available posts on social media platforms including Reddit and HackerNews. The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify the buying intent of these posts and delivers leads to you via a web dashboard, email alerts, and push notifications. LeadPulse only accesses publicly available content and does not access private messages, private communities, or any non-public data.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with LeadPulse, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadPulse to:

• Send unsolicited spam or bulk messages to individuals identified through the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to scrape or extract data from LeadPulse
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of service of any monitored platform
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate individuals identified through leads
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Subscription and Billing

LeadPulse offers paid subscription plans in addition to a free tier. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Free Tier

The free tier allows you to monitor one keyword on Reddit at no cost. The free tier is provided as-is and may be subject to limitations on features, monitoring frequency, or data access compared to paid plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of your keywords, configurations, and any data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of the leads generated for your account.

Our content: The LeadPulse platform, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation, is our proprietary property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadPulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated lead classifications will be accurate in all cases. Lead data is derived from publicly available sources and may not always reflect current or complete information.

9. Termination

By you: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, our users, or any third party. We will provide reasonable notice where possible, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
